One of the (several) best moments of Objectway [IN] 2015, our first International Customer Conference, was Jim Marous’ closing speech.
Jim was recently named the second most important influencer in our field and it was either a honor to listen to him and an exciting chance to learn a lot about.
Among the many things Jim said, we saw a compelling portrait of the modern digital wealth customer, hidden in the flow of the ideas.
We isolated these little pearls to assemble a necklace, so to say, that really explains something about needs and wants of a whole emerging class of customers. Plus some good tips about how to get to them in the best way.
